There are three New Year Accolades that can be completed in Forza Horizon 5 alongside the launch of Series 3 for a total of 1,100 Accolade points.
Series 3 of Forza Horizon 5 has officially begun, which means the New Years Accolades can be completed as well. These Accolades were previously listed in-game alongside the Holiday Accolades but were locked behind the release of Series 3. The launch of Series 3 in Forza Horizon 5 also means that the Holiday Accolades from Series 2 can no longer be completed. This includes Accolades like the Giant Holiday tree location in Forza Horizon 5, where players had to take a photo with the 2002 Mazda RX-7 Sprint R Type A vehicle to complete the Holiday Spirit challenge.
Unlike the Holiday Accolade challenges, players can complete only three New Year Accolades. By completing every Accolade, players can earn a total of 1,100 Accolade points and in addition to Camo Utility Epic Trousers for their avatar. The three New Year Accolade challenges in Forza Horizon 5 are ‘Happy New Year!’ ‘Another Lights the Dust!,’ and ‘Series 3 Collector.’ Each Accolade is progressively more challenging to accomplish, with the ‘Happy New Year!’ Accolade staring off Series 3 with an easy challenge for players to complete in Forza Horizon 5.
The first Accolade challenge, Happy New Year!, can be completed with every car in Forza Horizon 5, but it’s the only Accolade that allows players to use any car to finish it. All that needs to be done in Forza Horizon 5 during Series 3 is for players to drive into Guanajuato to complete the Happy New Year! Accolade. To claim the 50 Accolade point reward for its completion, head into the “Evolving World” tab in Forza Horizon 5. This is where all three of the New Years Accolades can be claimed.
Complete Every New Years Accolades In Forza Horizon 5
The Another Lights the Dust! Accolade challenge in Forza Horizon 5 requires players to destroy 25 Lanterns in Guanajuato while driving either the 2014 Toyota Hilux Arctic Truck AT38 or the 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser Arctic Truck AT37. Both vehicles are now available in Series 3 and are also great for offroad races in Forza Horizon 5. Completing this Accolade rewards an additional 50 Accolade points, as well as the Camo Utility Epic Trousers in Forza Horizon 5.
The final New Year Accolade requires players to collect all of the Series 3 vehicles in Forza Horizon 5. Each car can be acquired in-game now that Series 3 has launched. These are all of the Series 3 vehicles in Forza Horizon 5:
- 2016 Zenvo TS1
- 2014 Toyota Hilux Arctic Truck AT38
- 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser Arctic Truck AT37
- 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1
- 1989 Lotus Carlton
- 2003 Toyota Celica SS-1
- 2013D8 Donkervoort GTO
Any player who misses the opportunity to grab all of these cars during Series 3 will need to purchase them in the Forza Horizon 5 Auction House from other players afterward.
